Director, Landside National Programs
RESPONSIBILITIES- This position will work with the SVP I of Aviation Landside Operations to strengthen current operations in Airport Parking, Curbside Management and Transportation Services and to develop programs and services which will allow ABM to become and remain the industry leader.
Responsible for the overall business development within the Region
Manage the business development and growth process and the working relationship between Clients, General Managers, Account Executives, Divisional and Regional Leadership teams.
Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding solutions for customers.
Be versed in current business and technical models for designated Lines of Service, Parking, Transportation and airport Curbside Management
Develop strategic planning to move our organization into the forefront of Commercial Parking Management and mobility industries.
Develop strategic partnerships with industry leading third party services providers to ensure access to new and emerging technologies
Plan and manage at the strategic and transactional levels.
Position the business to grow successfully beyond its current targets, year over year.
Operate in a high-growth, fast paced environment.
Add significant value to the overall Sales and Operations leadership teams.
Communicate effectively with ABM employees and clients to ensure fulfillment of performance requirements.
Prepare for and participate in senior management meetings to discuss key business initiatives, compliance, new business, financial updates, and operational concerns.
Responsible for development of proposals in response to RFPs within the Division.
Participate in sales and operational presentations to clients.
Ensure overall compliance with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities, including the DOT, FAA, OSHA, and the Department of Homeland Security, at each operation within the Division.
Responsible for overall business development within the Region
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients and all employees.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Experience calling on C-suite - aligning with General managers, account directors, and internal leadership teams to present a single vision for our customers.
Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers.
Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions.
High level of knowledge and expertise on technical systems and ability to support GMs in implementation.
Strong operational and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated successful track record in growing organizations to support the operation through the building and management of outstanding teams.
Demonstrated passion for information and business operations and strong understanding of sales, operational processes and methodologies.
Ability to influence, lead and manage within the organization and across geographic areas.
Natural leadership talent, strong relationship building skills.
Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the key drivers of revenue growth.
Excellent communicator with great talent in driving clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
Experience collaborating with leaders in other functions (e.g. Finance, People and Culture, and Marketing) - Liaise with Marketing, Product, Training, Finance, People and Culture, etc.
Ensure cross-functional coordination, revenue recognition and alignment to KPIs.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and presentation skills.
The candidate must be able to travel 50%-75% of the time.
