The Charlie Bird team is looking for a Pasta maker! Previous experience making pasta in a professional kitchen environment is required.


Qualifications include:


-responsible for oversight and production of all handmade pastas and associated items

- dough scaling, mixing, resting and production

- thorough knowledge of a variety of pasta doughs and shapes

- ability to maintain pars and consistency of product

- understanding of storage and handling practices

- ability to follow recipes and procedures for filled pastas

- ability to lift 50lbs regularly
