**Role Summary**







Plans,
designs, and develops best practices for financial management, vendor
selection, Governance around IT spend, and internal processes to deliver on
operational excellence efforts for IT.
Drives, governs, tracks, and reports on the strategic initiatives of the
IT Portfolio. Promotes IT and Business engagement in the development of, and
adherence to, the global IT strategy.
Owns the effective communication of the IT Portfolio, its value
proposition, and its impact throughout Corteva













**Key Responsibilities& Accountabilities**







**Responsibilities**









+ Supportbudget and Capital Planning annual activities; interface with Corporate FinanceIT Lead to track, and analyze IT Spend and report on gaps, lag and risk

+ Engagein dynamic investment portfolio management activities on ongoing basis; workwith ITLT to re-prioritize/re-forecast efforts as needed

+ InstituteIT governance for vendor selection by establishing preferred vendor and ratelist

+ Proactivelymanage strategic vendor relationships to expedite procurement operations withinIT

+ Createa competency model for key IT Vendors

+ Trackoperational excellence and productivity efforts for IT

+ LeadIT Portfolio Governance Board which reviews and approves new projects

+ Providecontent and support for the IT Steering Committee which reviews large scaleprojects with the CIO

+ Document,communicate and implement Corteva's IT Portfolio framework as next step to theIT Operating Model

+ Createa system and process for managing IT Portfolio details and providing visibilityto portfolio status, including, but not limited to:



+ Financials- Budget, Actuals, Forecast, and Accruals

+ CapitalBudget and Operating Budget (in excess of $50M)

+ PortfolioMix & Targets and its alignment to IT strategy

+ StrategicAlignment and Value Tracking



+ Provideguidance and oversight to the IT PMO and other IT governance groups, e.g.,Architecture and Security Review Board(s), to ensure awareness and alignmentwith IT Portfolio goals

+ SupportIT Business Partners in following investment governance processes

+ Reporton financials and strategic vendor spend patterns

+ Leadproductivity analysis

+ Trackand report results of operational excellence programs

+ Trackproject expenditures and forecasts against approved investment budgets

+ Identifyfinancial issues and escalate as appropriate

+ Strongknowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

+ Familiaritywith IT portfolio management activities

+ Knowledgeof IT strategies, Project Lifecycle, SDLC, and Agile framework

+ Strongknowledge of MS Project and/or Visio

+ LeadershipCompetencies

+ Self-starter;willing to work through ambiguous situations and take the lead wherever needed

+ Engageeffectively across business and IT stakeholders

+ Strongorganizational skills

**Experience& Education Required:**









+ 10+ years of experience in Portfolio/Project/FinancialManagement

+ Bachelor's degree required
