We are seeking a Loan Workout Specialist II who manages a portfolio of troubled commercial and consumer loan relationships and determines the appropriate action steps to mitigate the Banks risk and attempt to bring resolution to troubled loans. Additional responsibilities include restructuring of consumer and commercial loans, handling the marketing and sale of Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) properties, and facilitating the liquidation of assets. A developed knowledge of both credit analysis and commercial and construction lending concepts, practices, and procedures are necessities. Must possess some familiarity with State and Federal regulations regarding consumer and commercial lending. Proven ability to think and work independently, solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and identify alternative procedures in situations that may require quick reaction and shifting priorities is necessary. Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills are a must.
