We have partnered with a top-notch architecture firm in the area that is looking to add a Sr. Project Manager to their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone that has extensive experience working on K-12 Schools in Massachusetts as they will be working directly with the MSBA

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years' of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience working on K-12 Schools throughout the State of Massachusetts
  • Bacherlor or Masters degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field of study.
  • MCPPO certification preferred, but not required
  • The ability to speak comfortably and present to clients is imperative.

Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the feasability study process; supervise the creation of the existing conditions assessment and report, develop a schematic space analysis.
  • Serve as primary point of contact with the client and their representatives throughout the life of the project.
  • Serve as the project leads in matters of project development.
  • Monitor project financials.
