Description - The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the acquisition marketing strategy for the Chase Small Business Credit Card portfolio. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans aimed at increasing new customer acquisition and engagement, improving margins, and increasing program profitability. Specific goals and measures of success will include an ability to innovate, build a strong partnership with the internal support teams, influence across the organization, and profitability increase new account originations.
**Description of Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive new account generation and market share growth for the Ink portfolio.
+ Identify opportunities to expand into new areas, generate awareness, acquire customers, and engage prospects
+ Effectively partner with internal key stakeholders across the organization to drive marketing strategy, develop operational efficiencies, ensure flawless execution, and deliver business results
+ Attract, retain, and develop talent to ensure key goals and objectives are met through effective people leadership
The team seeks a self-motivated person who has the combination of marketing, relationship and leadership skills to effectively drive business results. Incumbent must demonstrate the ability to deliver innovative strategies across various business functional areas and effectively communicate both internally and externally.
+ 10+ years relevant experience, strategic marketing experience is required, credit card specific experience is preferred
+ Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, partnership, influencing, and creative problem solving skills
+ Results focused self-starter effective at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrently for both themselves and a team
+ Strong interpersonal effectiveness with ability to collaborate and work well with all levels of management and across organizational boundaries
+ Demonstrated ability to collaboratively lead and influence cross-functional teams
+ Ability to think analytically with an emphasis on creativity, manage complexity, and deal with ambiguity
+ Exceptional presentation skills with an aptitude to bring disparate ideas together in a meaningful way
+ Proven ability to consistently deliver meaningful results
+ Extensive P&L management experience
+ Proven ability to attract and retain a high performing team
+ Bachelor's degree required; position must be based in Wilmington, DE.
