The HRIS Analyst, will be responsible for providing tier 2 support for all HR Systems with a primary focus on reporting and data maintenance for our employee engagement and life-cycle survey tool. Looking for a HRIS Analyst who is an analytical thinker, organized, self-learner and detail oriented.

? Partner with other team members to manage the delivery of projects including configuration changes, integrations, and functionality deployment (including configuration, testing, documentation, peer review, sign off, training, change management)
? Partner with the shared services team to troubleshoot and solve systems? tier 2 usability issues using ServiceNow
? Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics for the organization
? Support employee engagement and life-cycle survey process
? Maintains User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts, participates in and documents UAT results
? Creates and revises job aids and other training materials to reflect system functionality changes and/or enhancements
? Participates as a project team member for HR Systems? initiatives that require assessment, development, implementation or upgrades
? Maintain data integrity in systems through creation of appropriate configuration controls, standards and processes, as well as regular audits of data
? Regularly analyze work process design and flow to drive improvement in system functionality and user experience; create forms and workflows as necessary


? Bachelor?s degree preferred
? 3-5+ years? experience supporting a broad range of HR data needs utilizing an enterprise-wide HRIS system or multiple systems.
? Strong Testing Experience
? Strong MS Excel Skills, including formulas, pivot tables and v-look-ups
? Demonstrated aptitude to learn new software solutions.
? Experience in various HR products is preferred
? Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
