Description
Kronos is hiring a Engineering Support Lead who requires customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication, organization and the ability to work both alone and as part of a team.

* Provide access and support to engineers in multiple geographies
* Troubleshoot technical issues in a variety of applications
* Liaison between engineering, cloud, and IT departments
* Triage support tickets and ensure they are responded to within stated SLAs
* Resolve Support tickets and assist other members as needed
* Coordinate with other geography support teams to hand off critical issues
* Track outages and root causes for all outages
* Facilitate and lead collaborative working sessions for issues blocking engineering
* Provide status updates on blocking issues to engineering on a regular basis
* Lead team on improving processes to reduce support requirements

Qualifications
* This role requires 5 years of support experience Or 5-7 years of engineering experience with a strong support mindset.
* Should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with Good technical and troubleshooting skills
* Must have Attention to detail and should be a highly motivated individual and a good team player
* Good to have Scripting experience
* Experience troubleshooting complex applications is a plus
* Experience with Google cloud deployments / Right scale / Redis, RabbitMQ, OpenAM will be an added advantage
