Position Summary NYU s Stern School of Business, has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Executive MBA Career Resources. The selected candidate will design and manage customized career services to meet the needs of Executive MBA (EMBA) students. The selected candidate will create, cultivate and manage relationships with corporate recruiters and executive search firms in an effort to identify job opportunities and professional networks for experiences professionals. S/he will create and implement recruiting and counseling services, programs and workshops tailored to meet the specific needs of Executive MBA students. The selected candidate will also deliver career counseling sessions and collaborate with the broader Career Center for Working Professionals team to maximize offerings available through CCWP and NYU Alumni. Additionally, the selected candidate will serve as the liaison between Executive Programs, the Career Center for Working Professionals, and Alumni Affairs to provide integrated and customized services to EMBA students. Qualifications The selected candidate will have a Bachelor degree and 5 years of increasingly responsible and relevant professional-level experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience in human resources, recruiting, executive search, or other corporate management experience. The selected candidate will also have a proven ability to develop and market the School's relationships with corporate firms in order to enhance department's services and programs. Excellent coaching, presentation, networking, and written and verbal communication skills are essential. An MBA is strongly preferred.
