Position Summary Direct and oversee NYU School of Law facilities including maintenance, construction, and space planning for all academic buildings as well as faculty housing, working with various vendors, contractors, and University and School offices. Develop and direct policies, procedures, strategies and operational standards for the delivery of administrative services to the School of Law including Facilities, Mail Services, and Telecommunications. Serve as main emergency coordinator for School of Law and as liaison with NYU Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and Continuity Offices. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Required Experience: 5+ years progressively responsible managerial experience in administration, facilities management or other related area or equivalent combination. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate a variety of information to individuals at all levels. Proven ability to plan and implement long-term strategies for managing complex projects and resources. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Must be well versed in quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data in NYU systems and be able to strictly follow data privacy and security procedures for data handling and analysis to ensure adherence to legal and institutional standards.
