Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.

This is an opportunity to support the General Manager andExecutive team of the Food and Beverage General Business Unit through strategicanalysis, interpretation and preparation of executive communication. You willbe part of a select team supporting the executive team driving change andgrowth through global, cross-functional business initiatives.
Success in this role means you will be an expert withdata and analysis with extraordinary Excel skills. You will accustomed toworking directly with executives and be able to gather business requirementsand understand the big picture intent of the assignment readily. You willdetermine a recommended approach, be resourceful about data sources inside andoutside Oracle and will be able to conduct complex analysis efficiently. Mostimportantly, you will know how to tell the story behind the data and be able tocreate presentation materials and executive briefings that communicateconclusions in a compelling and persuasive way. The successful candidate should be able todemonstrate:
6 years of relevant experience, withextraordinary analytical and personal communication skills.
Ability to produce high-quality internal executive deliverablesincluding charts, presentation materials, executive briefings and reports.
Ability to build strong working relationshipswith internal stakeholders and customers and work with a highly collaborativestyle.
Creativity and independent judgment and abilityto influence at a high level in the organization.
Ability to work with a high sense of urgency andfunction in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Extraordinary Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Emphasiswill be given to the candidate who demonstrates productive experience in thefollowing areas:
Technology Industry experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated interactions with senior levels of an organization.
Management consulting background is preferred.
MBA is strongly preferred.
During the selection process, youwill be asked to produce samples of your work including presentations and dataanalysis projects.
Thisposition will be based in the US but the successful candidate may be expectedto work outside of normal business hours due to the global focus of work andthe need to accommodate colleagues in other time zones. This position may besuitable for a partially remote worker. Ability to travel as needed isrequired but not expected to be more than 25% of time.
