Classification: Help Desk Analyst I

Compensation: $19.79 to $22.91 hourly

Robert Half Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Hi Tech Engineering field. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Marlboro, Massachusetts area and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity. Your responsibilities in this role - Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems - Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups - Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally - Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- IT support ticketing system experience highly valued - Demonstrated knowledge of PC Software - Experience with PC OS - Earlier work involving Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 - Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 - Adeptness in PC skills - Background working with Microsoft Office 365 - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 - General familiarity with Microsoft Windows 7 in an Active Directory environment - Tier 1 Support experience desired - Previous experience working with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 - Expertise in PC desktop/workstations - Foundational knowledge in PC LAN - Microsoft Office experience highly preferred - Microsoft Windows Server 2012 experience highly valued - PC Hardware experience - Basic networking concepts - Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - 3+ years of prior experience If interested, please send your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resum ] to apply!
