Chef Hillary Sterling's team is looking for a friendly, hard-working individual to join this new, fast paced NoHo restaurant as a line cook.

Vic s menu is driven by heartfelt Italian technique and tradition. A rare opportunity to truly learn how to prepare pasta and pizza from the flour to the plate.

Be able to get involved with going to the green market, learning to butcher whole animals and helping discover new local producers.

All ingredients at Vic s are sourced locally and seasonally from farmers and sustainable producers.

Ideal Candidates:

*See themselves growing into a sous chef role and is eager to learn what it takes

*Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation

*Are willing to work on multiple stations in the kitchen

*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more

*Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes

*Support their fellow cooks
