Develop a training & development strategy that develops the leaders and team members in a way that supports the business strategy of the company Design, develop and implement of leadership training so that employees of all levels get the education they need to be successful in their current and future roles Work with leadership to oversee succession planning Assess and refine the store management development programs to ensure effectiveness and integration with leadership development curriculum Partner with field management to make sure training programs are reflect the priorities of the business Manage a team of learning & development professionals and ensure there is an appropriate capacity to support business demands
Qualifications: At least 8 years of relevant experience
Preferences: Retail Industry experience Organizations design or change management experience Management experience
